What is La boîte à bonbons ?
La boîte à bonbons is a candy subscription box. We ship delicious high quality candy to your door. We take pride in offering our members an amazing variety of delicious and differentiated candies, specially selected by our team of candy experts for our members' enjoyment, discovery and surprise. Every month, you get about 1 kg of candies in your box, with 4 bags of candies.
Can I buy only one box, without having to subscribe?
If you would like to test the concept and only get one box, we offer the gift box, which is a one-time purchase. Extra added bonus: you can choose the candies you'd like to receive, just leave us a message at the cart page!
I want to subscribe for a fixed period of time , how should I proceed?
We have prepaid subscriptions of 3, 6 and 12 months. You just have to choose the duration you want, and every month you will automatically receive a new box. Prepaid subscriptions are not renewed.
I have a promo code, how do I use it?
You can apply your discount during checkout and/or payment in the section called "Promo Code". Note that the promo code offer extra candies, it won't decrease the total amount of your cart.
Is there gelatin in your candies?
You can't do without gelatine to get soft candy! Candies can contain beef or pork gelatin, and sometimes they are simply vegan. Don't hesitate to ask us!
I am celiac, can I eat your candy?
All our candies are gluten-free for the most part. When we decide to offer a candy containing gluten (liquorice, belts etc), all precautions are taken to avoid cross-contamination. Our team has followed the MAPAQ's training on hygiene and salubrity to be informed of all practices.
What about other allergies?
If you have allergies to nuts and peanuts, unfortunately we do not recommend the consumption of candies. As a general rule, we advise you to read the labels of candies that you buy online or in store.
What is the shelf life of candies?
Our candies can be stored for up to a year in their resealable bags. For an ideal freshness, we advise you to eat them within 6 months of their arrival!
Can we return the box?
Unfortunately, candies are perishable goods, so it is impossible for us to accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please send us a message to email@example.com.
Are we committing to anything by signing up to La boîte à bonbons?
No! You can skip a delivery or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date, by sending us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I really (really) love candies, can I order more than one box?
Of course! You simply have to add more than one box to your cart before the checkout.
What is the billing date?
The billing date is the date you first subscribed. For example, if you subscribe on September 3rd, then every 3rd of the month, you will receive an invoice for your next box!
When do you ship the boxes?
When you subscribe, your box is prepared in 3 to 4 business days and shipped immediately! You can count 3-4 business days after your order, we promise we'll be quick! Our shipping days are Mondays and Wednesdays at 12:00 noon.
Who is your carrier?
Shipping is through Canada Post, everywhere in Canada. You will receive a tracking link once your order is confirmed.
How much is shipping?
Regular shipping is free for Quebec and Ontario, extra charges are applied to other provinces. For a faster processing of your order, you can choose "Priority" shipping: we will take care of your order the same day or the next business day.
What if I am not present when my box gets delivered?
In general, the delivery guy from Canada Post will leave a delivery notice for you to retrieve your box at the nearest post office. We also suggest shipping to your office ;)
My box has not arrived yet, what should I do?
When your box is in shipment, you can follow its route with the tracking link provided by email. If your box has not arrived within the suggested timeframe, email us at email@example.com.
I made a mistake in the shipping address, what should I do?
Write to us as soon as possible with the address correction! Unfortunately, if a delivery confirmation has already been issued, it means that it is too late and the box is gone. An additional shipping fee of $10 will apply to ship the box a second time.
